From Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be met by a Jetara representative who will drive you to Nuwara Eliya in a 6-hour scenic drive through beautiful countryside and tea estates. Arrive and check-in at your hotel. Later in the evening, take a leisurely stroll around Gregory Lake, in cool comfort, surrounded by natural beauty. You will be served dinner at the hotel. Today’s dinner will be local cuisine. You will overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Enjoy a healthy breakfast and begin the day on a guided tour to view the tea plantations of Nuwara Eliya. You also get a chance to visit a local tea factory to have an idea about the process followed to prepare tea from its leaves. Take part in the tea tasting session as a part of this tour, where you get to taste various kinds of Sri Lankan teas. After lunch, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya, including visits to the Victoria Park and the Old Post Office. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed to the Yala National Park, about 5 hours from there. Arrive and check into your eco-lodge near the park. Have a quick lunch and later set off on an afternoon jeep safari through Yala National Park, known for its diverse wildlife, including the leopard, elephant, and many species of birds. As you begin to explore the vastness of this park, take in the stunning landscapes with a tingle in your spine from spotting wildlife. Once the safari is over, head to your lodge for dinner and some well-deserved rest. Overnight near Yala.

Morning breakfast will be provided, followed by a full-day jeep safari through the Yala National Park. The cultural guide will take you through the different terrains within the park, explaining the local flora and fauna, while your camera is ready to capture those leopards, elephants, and various bird species that pass by. Have a picnic lunch in the park amidst nature. In the evening, after an eventful day drive back to your lodge for dinner and relaxation. Overnight near Yala.

Breakfast followed by checkout from the lodge. It’s a beautiful drive, takes approximately 6 hours to reach Kandy. Reach Kandy and check in at the hotel. Take some time to relax. Later in the evening, visit the Temple of tooth, one of the most sacred Buddhist cities in Sri Lanka. You can watch the evening rituals. Soak yourself in the spiritual ambiance. Return and enjoy dinner either at a local restaurant or at your hotel. Overnight stay will be offered at Kandy.

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a guided cultural tour of Kandy. Then, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, well-known for its lovely collection of plants and for being a haven for quiet contemplation. Lunch and afternoon visit to local markets and handicraft shops. Later, in the afternoon, experience the traditional cultural show of Kandyan dance and music. Dinner will be an entertaining affair, with typical Sri Lankan cuisine at the hotel or nearby restaurant. Overnight in Kandy.

Your last morning will be spent in wonder at the vivid culture and scenic beauty of Kandy. Depending on your flight timing, you will be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo  for your onward flight.
